Description of service

Itsypin is a macOS menu bar application for quick access to pinned websites. It opens websites in floating popover windows and screen-edge bubbles. The app requires macOS 13 (Ventura) or later and is free of charge.

Licence

Itsypin is open source and released under the MIT licence. You may use, copy, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with that licence. The full licence text is available in the GitHub repository.

Third-party content

Itsypin displays websites you choose to pin. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for the websites you pin and your use of them
Your use of any website through Itsypin is subject to that website's own terms and privacy policy
We are not responsible for the availability, content, or security of third-party websites

Disclaimer of warranties

Itsypin is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the app is with you.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the app or the use or other dealings in the app.

Changes to the app

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the app.
